We offer two ways to price your renovation: fixed quotes or time-and-materials estimates. Fixed quotes are ideal for well-defined projects with clear scope and materials. Time-and-materials estimates are better suited for renovations where things may change as we uncover what’s behind walls or under floors. Either way, we’re transparent about costs from day one — no surprises, no vague invoices.
Honest Timelines
We believe it’s better to give a realistic timeline than to overpromise and fall short. Renovations can uncover unexpected challenges, but we do our best to anticipate those and build in a buffer when needed. We’ll let you know if anything changes and keep you updated throughout the project so you’re never left guessing.
Respect for Your Space
We treat your home like we’d want ours to be treated. That means setting up clean work zones, protecting floors and surfaces, and leaving the site tidy at the end of each day — especially if you’re living in the space while we work. We're mindful of noise, dust, and disruption, and we aim to be as unobtrusive as possible during the process.
