Fixed Price

For well-defined projects, we offer fixed quotes. You’ll get a set price upfront, based on detailed planning and scope. This works well when all the details and scope of a project are known and clearly defined.

Estimates

For larger or more complex projects, we provide detailed estimates. These allow for the natural variability that can arise in certain types of construction—like opening up a kitchen wall and discovering a hidden plumbing leak or damaged framing that needs replacing.

An estimate isn’t a fixed price, but a realistic and informed starting point. It helps you plan with confidence, while leaving room to adapt as we uncover more details on site.

Cost Plus

For projects where we’ve provided an estimate, we often use a cost-plus model.
“Cost” refers to the actual labour and material expenses associated with your project.
“Plus” is a 10% markup applied to those costs.

Transparency

We know that clear communication around pricing builds trust. From day one, we’ll walk you through what you’re being billed for, with detailed breakdowns and open communication throughout the project. If anything changes, you’ll be informed before any additional work begins, so there are no surprises.
